**Dana to photograph bride + groom's styled details on Friday prior to welcome party, if possible**
11:45am Dana arrives at bride's getting ready suite to photograph tail end of hair + makeup
12:15pm Bride gets into her dress
12:45pm Dana goes to photograph Terrel putting on his finishing touches and places him for First Look
1pm First Look, immediately followed by bride + groom portraits around the property
2:15pm Family formals
2:45pm Everyone tucked away; Dana to photograph ceremony + cocktail hour details at this time; guests begin to arrive
3:30pm Ceremony
4pm Cocktail hour begins; Dana to photograph cocktail hour and reception space once it's flipped
5pm Reception begins, sunset photos (sunset 5:37pm)
7:45pm Photography coverage ends
*Option to add on additional hour(s) at discounted rate of $500/hour, if desired

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Once it's completed, please feel free to share this with your wedding planner so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
